Bodmin Way Community Choir at Eden
Event details The Eden Project celebrated its 25th birthday on 17 March 2026, marking a quarter-century since opening in 2001. Choirs Gather for Cornish Songs
On the eve of St Piran’s Day , the beautiful surroundings of St Petroc’s Church were filled with music as Bodmin Way Community Choir and Berrycombe School came together for a special evening celebrating Cornish-themed songs. Bodmin Way’s neighbourhood Health Conference

Nurse Joins Bodmin Way
Juliet Stewart has recently joined Bodmin Way’s team of Parish Nurses. Her appointment expands the current health service beyond Bodmin to include the surrounding villages of Cardinham, Nanstallon and Lanivet. Juliet brings a wealth of professional experience to the role. She has been a Registered Nurse for four decades, spending much of her career working on medical wards at Treliske Hospital. Bodmin Way Community Choir’s Christmas Performances 2025
Bodmin Lights Up The choir was delighted to be part of Bodmin’s festive welcome at the annual Bodmin Lights Up event on the last Friday of November. Parading behind members of Bodmin Town Band, alongside schools and families, was a highlight. Another special moment was singing a festive song with Belt it Out Bodmin Community Choir on the steps of Shire Hall. Time for Christmas Dinner at Time Together
Tables were set for a wonderful Christmas meal, and everyone enjoyed coffee, tea, and Christmas cupcakes as they arrived. The Christmas post was delivered, and a wand of festive cheer was waved. The Bodmin Way Community Choir gave a beautiful demonstration of Makaton signing to Silent Night . And all of this happened even before Christmas dinner was served! A Community’s Celtic Quiet Place
Within its walled garden, in the peaceful and beautiful village of Nanstallon, stands St. Stephen’s Church, officially one of Cornwall’s Celtic Quiet Places. Community Cuppa is held every Thursday from 10am to 4pm in St. Petroc’s Church, offering a warm and welcoming space where everyone is invited to connect over a cuppa. Community Space Buzzes
Bodmin Way's Community Space weekly get together is made possible by volunteers and donations from local supermarkets and bakeries.
