About the Event
The concert will be a combination music associated with Cornwall, its heritage and traditions, mixed with some well known Brass Band and Choir pieces.Â
You will be welcome to sing along, tap your feet, dance in the aisles, and enjoy a glass of wine during the interval. Bodmin Town Band established themselves as the pride of Bodmin, having rapidly risen in the championship league and achieved 10th overall in the National Brass Band Championships at Cheltenham. The Band also support an impressive Bodmin Youth Band and a Training Band Group. Loveny Male Voice Choir are an internationally renowned choir based in the beautiful Cornish village of St. Neot. One of Cornwall’s most innovative male choirs, formed in 1971, they perform a popular mix of Cornish and traditional arrangements – and have plenty of fun doing it !
All profits from the evening will be used by The Rotary Club of Bodmin to support local needs and charities. The event will also contribute to Bodmin Town Band, Loveny MVC and St. Petroc's Church.
